I have another idea for the “I love this house, but…” commercial series (aunts, pipes, clogging, etc. Setting: an old farm house, a bit dilapidated with a bit of a lean. Main character: an older woman wearing a print dress and an apron. Begin with an establishing shot of the outside. The home owner tells the audience how much she loves her country home, with its beautiful rolling hills, stream and peaceful quiet. As she steps into the old fashioned living room, complete with doilies on the chair and an afghan on the sofa. She adds,, “And my neighbors are so friendly.” As she walks through the living room to doorway of the farmhouse kitchen she turns and says, “I need it to be more stable, though.” She walks through the doorway. The kitchen is filled with chickens on the countertops, piglets squeeling and running around the floor and a horse. The view out of the opposite kitchen door (in the background) is an aisle of a stable with horses peering over the half doors of the stalls. The aisle is filled with sheep, goats or other small farm animals.

“We love our new home, beautiful views, wonderful privacy, plenty of space with tons of character. We just have to deal with “the heat”.
(In the background – couple undercover police/FBI guys playing poker at the table listening to the neighbors phone lines, another raiding the fridge, telling them they are out of lunch meat, two guys with a scope looking out the windows as they have a neighbor under surveillance – “Is the coffee done yet?”

In the basketball player blocking shots commercial, it would be a lot funnier and more fair if when the young guy with the cereal got blocked, grabbed another box off the shelf, winged it and got the basket ball player right in the back of his head.
