Celebrate the start of summer with these refreshing lemonades. All three can be blended, shaken, or stirred in 15 minutes or less.
Watermelon Mint Lemonade
Servings: 2
Ingredients
2 cups seedless watermelon, rind and any seeds removed
¼ cup water
6 fresh mint leaves
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
Ice, for serving
2 fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
1. Add the watermelon and water to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Strain into a bowl or small pitcher.
2. Divide the mint leaves between 2 8-ounce (or larger) glasses. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each glass. Muddle the contents of each glass until the sugar is melted and the mint leaves are broken down, 1–2 minutes.
3. Add ice to each glass, then divide the watermelon juice between the glasses, stir, and garnish with the mint sprigs.

Blueberry Lavender Lemonade
Servings: 2
Ingredients
½ cup honey
2 cups water
2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
1 cup blueberries, plus 8 berries, for garnish
Ice, for serving
½ cup lemon juice
2 lavender sprigs, for garnish
Preparation
1. Heat the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it just comes to a simmer and the honey is incorporated. Turn the heat off and stir in the lavender buds. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain into a blender.
2. Add 1 cup of blueberries to a blender. Blend on high speed, until smooth. Strain into a small pitcher.
3. Fill 2 8-ounce (or larger) glasses with ice, then add ¼ cup lemon juice to each glass. Top with the blueberry lavender juice. Stir, then garnish each glass with a lavender sprig and float 4 blueberries on top.
4. Enjoy!
Blackberry Limeade
Servings: 2
Ingredients
1 cup blackberries, plus 2 berries, for garnish
1½ cups water
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup lime juice
Ice, for serving
2 lime wheels
Preparation
1. Add 1 cup of blackberries and the water to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Strain into a large jar with a lid.
2. Add the sugar and lime juice to the jar, then screw on the lid and shake until the sugar is dissolved, 60–90 seconds.
3. Add ice to 2 8-ounce (or larger) glasses and divide the limeade evenly between the glasses. Garnish each with a lime wheel and a blackberry sliced to fit on the rim of the glass.
